PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:
At Privilegecard.com our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. We want you to know your order is secure. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of shopping at Privilegecard.com.
Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we will immediately notify you by email with the anticipated ship date. You have the option to cancel your order should this conflict with your needs.
There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Players Club Partners, LLC reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 ( U.S. ) may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Privilegecard.com does accept orders from most countries outside the United States . However, the Shipping charges may differ from the U.S. Charges.
Privilegecard.com does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside of the United States.

With respect to products sold on the PrivilegeCard.com site, except as expressly stated herein, Players Club Partners, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Players Club Partners, LLC arising from any product sold on the PrivilegeCard.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Players Club Partners, LLC, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
RETURN POLICY:
Customer service is our goal and your satisfaction with Players Club Partners, LLC products is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the original membership kit within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Anytime beyond 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted by Players Club Partners, LLC.
All return requests for any products purchased from an Independent Distributor must be submitted directly to that Distributor. Players Club Partners, LLC is unable to refund these requests.
Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Service department within 20 days from date of shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email by the Contact Form or call our Customer Service number at 1-800-236-9732 during the hours of 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a Players Club Partners, LLC Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No RMA number is issued after 20 days from date of shipment. Please contact our Customer Service department for complete info mation. Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for your replacement to be processed.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item:
Call for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: the return-to address may not be the same as the address listed on your box. You will be given the proper return address when you request your RMA.
Remember to include your packing slip, the original Order Number, and the product item number from the original order.
Include your daytime phone number and email address.
The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for one item only and must match the product authorized for return
Return shipping must be prepaid and must be sent via Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other delivery service which will provide you with a tracking number to confirm receipt of the merchandise returned.
Once a tracking number is issued, please send it to us by completing the Contact Form in advising us of the return shipment. In order to expedite the processing of your return, please include the following in your e-mail: Your Name, Product Name, Order Date, Order Number, RMA Number, and Tracking Number.
For defective products only, a Players Club Partners, LLC Customer Service representative will provide alternate instructions for merchandise return on a case-by-case basis.
All returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the issuance of the RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Players Club Partners, LLC offers standard shipping via the UPS Ground service. The Players Club Partners, LLC team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Eastern time on the same day. Players Club Partners, LLC currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise, please note that when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery.
SHIPMENT TRACKING:
We will notify you of your order confirmation via email. If you require additional order and/or shipping status information, please don't hesitate to ask our friendly Customer Care Representatives via email or by telephone. Please have your email address and order number handy so our representative can promptly look up your order for you.
